We shall be happy to exchange any Jashanmal products, purchased online via bh.jashanmalhome.com within 14 days from the date of purchase (delivery), provided the product is returned in its original packaging and accompanied by an original receipt as proof of purchase.
How does it all work in practice?
1) Initiate Return
If you have made your purchase online via bh.jashanmalhome.com and your product is defective, please log on to https://support.jashanmalgroup.com/portal/signin & raise a ticket for the review & resolution from our After Sales Service team. Please remember to share the details of the product (along with pictures) & purchase the invoice for any action here.
2) Pack the products with the return label
Pack the order in your original box (different boxes can be used, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible) and attach the new label, ensuring the original label is covered.
3) Drop the products or hand them to the carrier
Drop your return into any available collection point locations or wait for carrier pick-up on the proposed date.
4) Wait for return confirmation
You'll get an email confirmation when your order has been correctly returned to our warehouse and refund processed (10 - 15 business days).
Please note that while the Products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition.
In case of returns, you will be fully reimbursed apart from shipping costs for delivery.
